Design Your Space has extensive experience with local councils and private certifiers. With our assistance, the development approval process will be handled professionally. Liaising with consultants like town planners, arborists or engineers is also part of the service we provide, resulting in a complete Development Application Package that can be lodged for assessment.

Heritage & Conservation
A heritage conservation area is an area recognised and valued for its special historical and aesthetic character.
Design Your Space specialises in working in heritage environments. We aim to achieve desirable outcomes, providing design solutions that suit our clients’ lifestyles while respecting and enhancing the context of the building and its heritage value.

Construction Documentation
Design Your Space team prepares a Construction Documentation Package, liaising with consultants, cooperating with their work, and incorporating their information into our documentation.
We prefer to work together with the builder from an early stage, so specifications and engineering suit the budget with greater accuracy.

Interior Design, Kitchen & Custom Joinery
We design interiors, joinery, kitchens & laundries to best utilise your space. For us, holistic design means that we look at all aspects of the building, inside and out.
Allocating the right place with enough space for storage is the first step in decluttering a home – we integrate this step in our sketch design stage so storage solutions can be found early in the process.
The kitchen is a centrepiece of your home. Part of our scope is to make sure your kitchen doesn’t just look amazing, but is also comfortable, functional and easy to use.
We team up with you to learn what style you prefer and feel most comfortable with, then we bring all key interior components together; lighting, hardware, fixtures, fittings, and finishes. Once chosen, all will be accurately detailed and documented for construction.
